Paulette Reeves did get played out, and I bought a copy on the strength of that. Must admit, not heard Nate Calhoun before today.

Gladys is just a fantastic singer and performer all round.

As random aside, Harry Deal and the Galaxies did a radio Coca Cola jingle using pretty much "I Still Love You". It's at 1:30, but watch the whole video (yes there's a snippet of them recording ISLY too).

 

I have a load of these, coke and Pepsi, tons of local shops and companies that paid to be sang about… happy to post them up as they are in the public domain I believe, but I do really don’t want to piss the SS team off…
