I assume this is a repress, but can you shed light on when, where and who did it. I have the original picture sleeve and the deadwax readings are different.

looks like some kind of pressing to me. i never saw or heard of that before and i bought the uk 45 from EGS is barnsley for 49 pence the day it came out

Guessing that's the boot with Clyde McP on t'other side ? 

Still got a decent handful of unplayed copies here after buying a bunch on release after hearing Russ Vickers spin it as a new release ...

and on reflection the fake catalogue number they give BRW 15 stems from around 1983/84 as does that label design.. pressure is of course 10 years later in 1994 so 100% moody

 

heres the label it was stolen from.. classic soul from 1984... even made the top 20... bought the 7in and the LP as new

Apart from trying to find the promo which was around or some time before it got released, that record was never really worth anything unless you had mug stampet on your temple. So it never fails to amaze me why anyone would think making a boot would make them rich!. The logo name was abrieviated and changed in 86 so that design would have no longer been used, unless some silly vintage idear got passed for a re-issue, unlikely I would have thought.
