I remember john grant from cassinellis .friday nights in the late seventies playing alongside curtis. top guy and well respected. Also at rafters I wonder what he's up to ?

He did dabble in Northern at one time. I sold him a Tony Middleton for £40 when it was getting played as a "newie".

I thought he'd gone off to be a lighthouse keeper. Not joking, that's what I heard.

yes he did sundays in the john bull had some great nights in there lots of lock ins the landlord was called barry.

Yes, I went to Cassinelli's too. Always had a great time there.

Yes, I took the photo in 1980. I used to travel up there with Tony Bowd & friends.
