Kim tibbs where would I be without you first press

Can anyone tell me what the first press is on is a 45 or twelve inch out want a  re press the second red release need info please thanks.

What sort of price would the first press be

Lots of red 45s at £15 on discogs .. they not picture sleeve tho and not first press either .

Still original, probably from same master so still a first issue.
