the best label name I have ever seen for sure is a Doowop label called Fellatio. The text is all script, like to make it classy looking. I wish I had a scan now, I laugh every time I see it.

I've seen the Fellatio one, hard to top that!! This one isn't bad though, I have a copy but cannot remember if it's any good will have to dig it out for a play.

I searched ebay and found this, I've definitely seen a better version of the label where it was more readable and the script was bigger, but here's one version:

Bo Dudley explained to me the story behind his label name Dud Sound once. I don't remember exactly so I'm probably butchering it, but had something to do with a Muddy Waters quote about even being able to make a dud sound a hit.
