I never believed I'd ever see www.gov.uk and Northern Soul on the same page , interesting though , perhaps the speaker of the commons Sir Lindsay " Soul man " Hoyle had a word in somebody's ear , I knows he's not from Blackburn , but pretty close 

Good News for a change hope it’s a success and we can maybe have a few promotions there, Tony,s is a little gem that needs some tlc to get it established again
