Sadly we lost Kevin Orton last weeh-end, see ya in the next life.Spent a lot of tine with hin uin the older day, lived with him and KIM for about 7 months, went away on holiday and best man at my wedding R.I.P

Loads of great memories starting from 1976-1980s

lost contact a few times after this but when we bumped into each other he always had time for you. 

Very sad news. I knew Kev many years ago and he was a great bloke who loved the Northern scene. Had a few lifts off him to a  Niter or two and remember he thought Kashif was the greatest soul singer going and collected Northern re-issue demos! He made some great wooden record boxes too. He will be missed by many who knew him

 

Terribly sad news.  Met Kev through Gilly a d had some mad times with them both. Remember going to Kev many times before Bretby.

One of those guys who was instantly likeable. Like so many people you remember from the Casino, just because you have'nt seen them for years, you don't forget them. May God bless you Kev.
