FLIP-DIP unusual name for the group or is it a group ?

1970s soul label from Los Angeles, California,

ICBMBTL according to 45cat copyrighted by Frank A. Armstrong who also copyrighted one side on the other 45 on the label by Henry Moore although that one is "A FADA Recording" as the label name.

From what I can recall the company moved from state to state as the owner was a musician who relocated a lot.
