Early Steve Mancha effort

This isn't the greatest of tracks but I can't believe I never knew this was a duet cut by Steve along with Wilbert Jackson.

As he was over here so often in the past & I spent time in his company @ both Prestatyn & Cleggy, I would have thought this would at least have gotten a quick mention ..........

Are the facts around it's creation known (Harvey Fuqua was involved ) ...

    Don't know anything about its creation but versions were cut on Motown, Tammi Terrell cut a great version and also cut by Marvin and Kim Weston.

    Steve Mancha (Clyde Wilson) did Parr Hall Warrington where he didn't sing as he didn't do any rehearsal due to the demon drink getting the better of him whilst stopping with Chris King Steve then did

    Yes, old age catching up on me; confusing him with Melvin Davis. He did do some UK shows though.

    Steve then did Casino 11 in Birmingham and was able to sing.

    Melvin did Prestatynn and later Cleethorpes weekender
