Does the book have any reference to the Black US airmen who spent time over in the UK and experienced racial integration in the 60s? Or even those from the Deep South who experienced the lack of segregation in the UK in the 70s/80s? I might be able to spend some of my project budget on purchasing a copy!yes

No, unfortunately not. Only focus on African Americans living in the US.

A brilliant piece of work and a labour of love for sure.

I remember when Tommy first spoke of writing this many years ago and here it is in my hands, and with a great 45 to boot!

SWAM (Soul with a Message) has always been one of my favourite genres of music and, strangely enough, I previously owned many of the 45's shown on the front cover.

Congratulations to Tommy on creating such a valuable piece of work and I thoroughly recommend grabbing a copy! Superb!
