Cheers,

Jamie

Hi Jamie,

White demo's are rare, out of about 8 or 9 copies i've sold of this record only one has been a demo, & that one i kept. I paid £250 about 3 years ago for it, when an issue was making about £100 to £150.

If anyone has a 'white demo' that they want to sell, for a good price, i have 4 'wants' lists with it on, just let me know.

Regards,

Ady.

I'm sure one went for either £200 or £250 at the last Lowton :D

There used to be loads of copies of this in Wolverhampton...I must have had 5 or 6....remember buying it for £5 every time as well, bought one at Wigan for £3! Should really only be selling for £75 or so, the demo must be mega rare though.

I don't know what could have happened to all those records - I bought Melvin davis on yellow Wheel City from Pep, out of his shop, for £25...wonder which lucky bastard got that off me when I was under the influence :D

Yip your right Mr Chalky I bought that nice Derek Pearson,s copy for

£225..several years ago I had 3 copies for sale and got £150 each for them

got to admitt tho these last couple years you never see it for sale and

i.m.o well worth £225 for such a good Detroit double sider !

Regards IAN C

I always thought mine was a boot coz I paid so little for it. Used to be around by the truckload in the West Mids

I've got a yellow demo. Anyone know what this is worth?? What's Melvin Davis going for now? Says £750 in guide but wouyld have thought nearer £2k? Just a guess... :D

I'm sure I've seen it on a list recently, about £100 if my memory serves m correctly, but I don't know what list it was... On soul-source though so might be worth having a search :D
