Thanks Rachel - I think I've done it? I've certainly created two new folders called "Permanent Inbox" and "Permanent Inbox" - and I've moved all my pm's into them. So I guess that is right - my old inbox/sent boxes are now empty.

Obviously I made a slight error - cos the second new folder should have been called my "Permanent Sent" box. But hey!

I'll soon know if it's right when D day hits I guess.

was a slight problem which meant a bit of disruption for a day or so on pms

but should be sorted now

all pms over 100 days (used 1st april ) should have been cropped unless as asked the member moved into a members custom pm folder

aware that there's a chance that some may have missed or not read me banging on about it over last couple of weeks

so if there is anyone who has been caught out by this then ask drop us a pm and will try and assist

needs to be in next 7 days though!

while had to be done due to the amount and the knock on effect that they were having etc, hopefully as it was a major clear out it will be a fair while before need to look at it again
