Hi Kev,

what a bummer that I miss it. I guess you sold it ulterior.

personally, I never heard it at german soul nights; but I might be wrong.

So it's time for getting plays here :lol:

I bought mine from Mr Manship two years ago at £14. after Tim Brown did an article on UK under played stuff. Played it at the afternoon session at Soul in the Sun Nov 05. Loads of interest. Might try it Kettering on Aug 18th.

No chance ??? :thumbsup:

Hey Tolbert, will play this for you next time i´m deejaying.. :lol:

Bought @ Out On The Floor (Camden), 2.50 quid sticker is still on the label, one of a very few 45s i have ever found in a record store in London.

love that album and a nice version indeed, but would like to have that Major Lance Version.......I think it's a little bit more powerful

Kev;

Dropped it at the Wilton Alniter, got a huge response, have to agree with Sutty though, JW's version really is unbeatable and gets played at Yarmouth by me every year in my Friday Warm up spot as folks are arriving.
