September 22, 200717 yr surely this isn't 100 quid ????? I don't think you will have to pay more than 20.....
September 23, 200717 yr Spot Try Eamesy's List on here in "FOR SALE" scroll down and look for the New Additions - there's a copy of What good am I without you, which is Jacklyn 1006 for 70 quid Its surprising how the cost of all three of these Darrow Fletcher Jacklyn 45's has risen in recent times. Having said that they are all quality records. I get real confused (title-wise) between What good am I and What have I got now and have to check the B sides to differentiate them - I've been trying (unsuccessfully) to get a decent copy of Jacklyn 1002 "What have I got now" for myself at a reasonable price but had little success. Jacklyn 1002 has "Sitting there that night" on the flip which was also released on Congress. In fact the flip side of all three 45's are excellent ballad/deep sides. If anyone out there has a nice copy of Jacklyn 1002 - I'll take it off yer hands at 100 quid Best John Anyone got a nice clean copy of; Darrow Fletcher - What good am I, without you - Jacklyn. September 23, 200717 yr Spot, got a nice clean (say VG+ at the VERY least) of What good backed with "Little Girl" on Jacklyn 1006. Wanna PM me with an offer? Can scan or MP3 if that will help.
September 23, 200717 yr Anyone got a nice clean copy of; Darrow Fletcher - What good am I, without you - Jacklyn. Looking to pay £100'ish or a little more. Spot. Why would you want to pay £100 or a little more for a £40 record, i'm confused! Simon
September 23, 200717 yr Simon, maybe he wants one and can't get one! Supply? Demand? With you on the price tho', gotta be a few of these around in collections. They seemed to be everywhere in the late 70's (oops, given my age away now!). I wasn't looking for anywhere near a ton.
September 23, 200717 yr Got mine in a Soul Bowl "northern" pack in the mid 80s "Infatuation" as well........................which was nice Cheers Paul
September 24, 200717 yr Spot, don't be fool... 100 quid... There are plenty on Ebay for peanuts... Surely not over 60£, and not for less than 35£..

September 25, 200717 yr Spot if you getting this for ginger it the wrong title he want's DARROW FLECTHER WHAT HAVE GOT NOW ON JACKLYN 1002 Leon I thought he meant 'what have i got now' too, as it does go for £100, sells quick, and is the far better of the two.

September 26, 200717 yr Is the i,ve been after it for a while too with no luck!! Helen x Helen, for what I know this isn't a rare record... maybe you have to wait a little bit longer, but don't waste your money because you'd been too impulsive... I'd say it worth £30-40... Paid 32 US dollars on Ebay for my mint copy a couple of years ago... Good luck! Roccia

September 26, 200717 yr I've got a few Darrow Fletcher 45s....got all mine from Yanks on Oxford Rd in Mcr 20 years ago including Jaclyn, Uni and Groovy releases...they all cost about 5-10 quid each.....however I never got "What have I got now" and am always getting it mixed up with "What good am I" too....although What have I got now is worth double I think as it's more in demand. I like all his records and such good value...45s like Pain gets a little deeper have been played for more than 30 years and still sound 100 times better then a lot of Wigan Oldies. And he's a very nice man...did I tell you I met him at Cleggy last year Edited September 26, 200717 yr by reg

But your right simon should be £40 a pop for each not rare at all....but very in demand Geeoooordie
