The track is on a 45 and an album called Spice Of Life , there is a 45 and two albums on Ebay Usa at the moment , but I think the 45 may be a shortened version as it's a mini version / sampler of the album

The album is about £20.00 ish

isnt the 45 some kind of reissue. not sure if it came out originally on 45 in the early 70s

You're right Dave, LP only "The Spice Of Life" double LP.

I've not seen the 45 on e-bay but I assume its the "free sample" picture sleeve which features snippets of several songs from the LP and a few anecdotes/recollections from Gamble and Huff about making the LP. It was released to promote the LP at the time and is a solid centre 45 playing at 33rpm.

Mecury also relesed one of these 45s to promote Jerry Butlers "The Sagitarius Movement" LP

Probably looking at £25 - 35 now as it gets played out more and more. Superb track, and a great album too
