Guest Posted January 19, 2009 Share Posted January 19, 2009 Masssive thanks to Maxine and her staff for letting us use the venue they worked very hard , big thanks to Wulfie, Mick and Jock they worked very hard to, well done to Ian, Pat and Jill who helped organise the do, huge thanks to Annie for helping me and Wulfie to set the venue up, she pushes a mean brush . Thanks to all that turned up on the night it was packed from the kick-off and got busier as the night went on. We put song/dedication request forms on the tables WOW they went down really well the forms flooded in, it kept the DJ's busy scrambling to the bottom of there boxes for those dust covered forgotten tracks . I tried to do a Tamla Motown anniversary presentation, no chance to many requests , but hey at least the customers got what they asked for, sorry if we missed any or we didnt have them .
