Can anyone tell me what label type this record came out on originaly-I have seen both red moulded and paper glued on, any help appreciated.

There are at least 3 different label designs for this 45 (I've seen one on styrene and two on vinyl), but most likely it's just a case of different pressing plants being used in different parts of the US at the same time.

Might be worth mentioning that the Sandra Wright LP on DEMON that was issued in the 80s features a different version of "Midnight Affair" with an alternative vocal take. There's no mention of this in the sleeve notes though if I remember correctly.

I had the styrene copy but really I prefer the reissue Stax version is this the same as the LP.

I know the issues of this with Midnight Affair as the flip fetch decent money but what's a realistic value for the demos with 'Wounded Woman' on both sides?

No, the demos with "Wounded Woman" on both sides usually sell for £30-£40 or less.

3 copies of the issue with "Midnight Affair" on them have sold on eBay during the past week for $139, $162 and $225. That's between £100-£165.
