  3. mojo mag has the below news A place for live music since 1942, last September's announcement that West End rock'n'roll omphalos the 100 Club was closing was grave indeed. And in December, it seemed the game really was up when a public campaign to buy it fell short of the £500,000 required. Even pleas by Macca, Mick Jagger and Beady Eye fell on deaf ears. But the Converse shoe company - which, it should be remembered, has made special edition plimsolls featuring The Ramones, AC/DC, The Clash and Nirvana - has stepped up to keep it open, meaning that stretching ahead once more is a full programme of rock, jazz, punk and more (Sick On The Bus and Drongos For Europe play a double-header there on Marc

  7. Talked about the 53rd Grammys and the Best Contemporary Blues Album nominations in particular recently on here, and so at a guess would say that the actual winner may stir some interest. The actual winning album of this category was... Living Proof - Buddy Guy Video clip below.. Also worth a mention was John Legend and The Roots who's recent collaboration lp "Wake Up Everybody" has been talked about a fair few times on here and certainly provided my ears with some enjoyment in 2010. They were both up for a few awards, and they picked up the two ones below.. Best R&B Album Wake Up! - John Legend & The Roots Best Traditional R&B Vocal Performance "Hang On in There" - John Legend & The Roots Video Clips http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=42Vr9v4aG70 full list of all winners can be read via link below http://en.wikipedia....d_Grammy_Awards

  22. just seen a malware warning from google come up it appears that a web site named soulxxxxxcellar dot co uk (xxx's added by myself) has been picked up by google for spreading malware as the member who runs it had posted about 300 different links over the years to it, google started issuing warnings for here because of the links to that site there is no malware on here, there has been no malware on here another site appears to be hacked or similar and so the warnings were given because of the 300 odd links on here to that site all links have just now been removed and so there should be no threat this can be checked via google search where warnings about other site soulxxxxxcellar dot co uk but not this one
