  1. Well I never.......
  2. What a shame this was never a 45. One of my fav. Smokey tunes.
  3. They keep coming up on ebay Mal. Someone has obviously been buying the sets and splitting them up to sell individually. It's doing my head in every time I see certain records that are on my wants, I look closer and it's from this bloody box set. Not good for my heart.
  4. Haven't listened it for years Steve, but from what I remember, it didn't sound bad or muffled or anything. I was never in a position to be able to play this back to back with an orig. to compare. The flip always sounded great as well. Must dig it out. It was one of the boots that I kept after off loading a massive pile of them to a little shop in Willenhall about 15 years ago. The shop closed some years back but I've still got a credit note somewhere for about £70. .
  5. I had one of those in the late 70's Steve, still got it in fact, so at least 30+ years old.
  6. Got to say Bob, I can hear the giggling at the back of the class as you make this request. Jordi
  7. Sylvester, Luther Van Dross, Linda Tillery. Just substitute the he's and she's in the lyrics and they are singing gay songs. Who's to know and who cares?

I think the mirror option is what you have to pay for, but the free 3 second bid is fine for me.

It usually puts the bid on with 3 seconds to go, obviously if your snipe bid has already been beaten by the time it's about to place the bid, then it won't bother bidding. I use it, it's good and it's free. Jordi

  24. Another lip trembler. Although I'm not sure if it qualifies as a Beat Ballad...more kind of.. err...sweet deep. Fontella Bass.
  25. Your wrong here Krissii. So everybody that is into buying, collecting and DJing original vinyl is actually a record dealer with an ulterior motive? In the same way that anyone who buys or collects antiques is an antique dealer. Mmmmm.......Does it not occur to you that some people want the real authentic article not an imitation? Jordi
