This Is Rarer Than You Think
Very true shute......I think the late 70's was " It's day " along side many other terrible pop records that were played in the name of northern soul.......

Chosen Few Maple Or Canyon
Mines on Canyon, think it cost me about £40 last year off ebay..... It's a track that sounds great played at a small venue and is popular amongst collectors, not really sure if it's too well known amongst the mainstream northern crowd.....top track though, I like it

The Nightwatch-lips To Your Heart
I remember the late Nev Wherry used to play this one in the late 70's, I used to think it was the dogs gonads when I was young and impressionable, sounds abit out of step with current stuff played nowadays......Storming track though, I'd say £75 to £100 !!

Oh For A Time Machine
If you did have a time machine and could get the records for those prices, the next obvious question is what would you do with them ? 1) Keep them.. 2) Sell them on for a small profit....say a couple of quid on top. 3) Sell them on for a huge profit.....

Lucky Fellow
I also like Major Harris..."Loving you is Mellow", which I know is a completly different track, but follows " Lucky Fellow " on the turntables when played out...

Modern In The Main Room
Agree...... Everyone know's what Sam play's irrespective of weather he's in the modern room or the Oldies room, he'll play whatever he want's, and it's usually streets ahead of what the other jocks ae playing........As a bonus maybe he introduced one or two new tunes to the masses..

Lucky Fellow
I also like the Independants version, however, I still think the Maurice Jackson version as the edge........Personnal preference and all that
