eBsy seller skitskatskooter has one in his shop in Johnstown - the condition is VG but it plays VG+ - it isn't cheap though.

If he's offered you £100 for it you should snatch his hand off before the delerium passes. There's been plenty go through eBay for no more than £40, and demand seems to have dipped since most people wanting a copy now have one.

Think you'd struggle to get one for £20 these days...it was always a £30 in the late 90s (pre eBay) and that was before demand created by the much more common Forris Woods - nearer £40 I.M.O.

Both Slander and Libel are a very difficult thing to prove, and therefore expensive, so it tends to be celebrities with loads of wonga who push cases through the courts - and usually these are copper bottomed, cast iron cases. Anyone seeking legal recourse would have to prove that by putting his post up stating that Soussan was a Liar / Cheat / Thief, Paul had altered everyones opinion of Soussan to the detriment. Since it's common knowledge/popular opinion that Soussans dealings have been less than above board this would prove extremely difficult.

Dave, How exactly do you get these prices? I.M.O. both of these these are circa £20 records - as are most 'scarce' Contempo 45s - with the possible exception of Melvin Bliss being in the £50 range (due to it being sampled in the past, making it in demand by a different scene). If you are just plucking these prices from thin air, then can I suggest that you don't as the uneducated can take what is posted on t'internet and use it as gospel... meaning what should be reasonably priced 45s become unobtainable due to 'pie in the sky' pricing.

At a guess it's like PVA / Woodglue - you can paint it on the vinyl thickly, leave it to set and peel it clean off. Don't get it on the label though.

I'd say he's definately West Indian, his pronunciation points that way... Horns sound like they are from a 'Ska band playing Soul' - Ska horns always sound a bit off key to me (not in a bad way I've got to ad.)
