  1. I sold a UK copy on eBay a couble of years ago for £125 buy-it-now. The reason I sold it being that I picked up a US copy for £10, which was around $15 at the time.
  2. Are any of the very early numbers Soul releases? do you know who the early numbers are by? Might have more luck via a general 45 collectors site?
  3. Why not have a carver cut and stick a photocopy of the label on. £20 job done.

  7. Cassieta George was a Gospel recording artist who did a few tracks on Audio Arts and its gospel imprint. Probably a 'from the vaults' tune.
  8. No arguments with you there Mike, As you say it's a question of balance. Whatever way you decide to go is up to you - afterall it's your site - your rules Agree six in one day was probably OTT - but came to that conclusion myself when I realised I'd probably knocked a few of that days posts off. Is it possible to show the last 24 hrs posts on one page? That way no ones sales would get missed just because theyve been bumped down?
  9. Here's what my missus got me for my birthday last month....
  10. I can understand the reasoning for getting people to make lists of sales up..... but... This week I posted six seperate items and a list of sales, all of which had been posted before. Two of the single items listed have 'sold' whereas not one item on the 'list' has. As daft as it sounds, some people just can't be bothered with reading lists.
  11. Chained - Marvin Gaye Just A Fool - Jerry Ganey Get Out (while you can) - Harold Melvin

I've seen as many Midas as Toddlin Town - just goes to show that what is 'rare' in one place is commonplace in another. What's the Canadian Barry issue then, if these are both 2nd labels (surely one must be 2nd and the other 3rd)?

He was lifting your leg.... sounds better than "Some Muppet blacked out the label and now it looks like a sack o' shite"
