This may have been talked about on numerous occasions. As we all do if I ever see a record that we want desperately orjust fancy at a bargain we bid on it , ok and if your lucky you win it.Yesterday I won a choon . Not rare ,not expensive to buy over here (£20/25) so I put a bid on it of $10. In the dicription the seller stated it was a rare record (as they do) and stated it's value at $100/150 (twat) when I got my invoice he had banged the delivery up to $15 , way over the odds . This now makes the record less of a bargain. do these twats do this on purpose to recover a bit of cash they think they've lost out on. :angry: the record btw is-- THE ROE O TATIONS - SPECIAL DELIVERY - GERIM

Brilliant programme on a BRILLIANT singer no doubt in my mind the best female voice this country has ever produced. I did find it rather sad in parts.There seemed to be a black artist trying to break out of a white artist, I have no doubt about that. Toped with her sexuality and her social problems it's a wonder she ever dazzled us with her pure soulful voice. For all you younger members out there get hold of some of her eary stuff it will knock your socks off. The shit thing is I lost all my Dusty albums a few years ago.

What colour should the styrene one be Pete , I have been told it's white rather than a off white. Mine is identical to the one on the left with P-982-B and 101714 scratched on thr run off

Theres no getting away from it , it happened. I used to watch Forest home and away in the late 60's/70's (still do) when Northern was at it's pinnacle . Often we would visit the likes of Bolton , Manyoo ,Liverpool and have mass brawls then later at the Casino you would see the same lot you were scrapping with and exchange stories and tell jokes it seemed a bit unreal. one of the biggest names at the time was a very well known scoucer and brilliant dancer Mr F. B--p-r you stayed well clear on a Saturday afternoon, but come the evening we would meet at his house and make way to the Casino. Thank god I've grown up.

Yes I agree to ,but Progressive makes me think of Led Zepplin or Frank Zappa. Could you imagine Led Zep doing a dance routine on stage like The Temps or The Dells or Frank Zappa singing ''I never knew''
