    Think there is a West coast issue & East cost issue, East coast demos have the brown pattern running down the side saying advance copy (viynl) & the west Coast looks just like normal laurie issue with small demo lettering on the right handside. Ian

    May be wrong but always thought copies of these were pressed up for a convention & never got a issued to the public. the issue number of this 45 is out of sinc with the rest of the issues on the label, lot rarer 45 than people think it. PS sold yours copy to Kev Murphy pete. Cheers Ian

    Just picked up a strange LP issued in Argentina in the 60s Todas A GO-GO issued on RCA & a comp of dance hits, one of the tracks is El Pato / The Duck Willie Hutch, great cover & pressed on thivk vinyl, any body seen this before, or know of others ??. Know this was issued on french RCA 45 & have also seen a Dunhill LP issued in Japan with the Duck as one of the tracks. Cheers Ian

A Collector from Paris did a book with photos of all the French R&B EPs Think his name was Daniel Delorme he had something to do with Jukebox magazine the French record collecting mag think the book was called these fabulous picture sleeves or something like that. Over the years jukebox have also shown photos of all EPs issued in france so back issues of those could be helpfull. hope that is of help Ian

    Went to one of his Nighters in Portsmouth in 76, we were all in Torquay for the summer, strange night from what I can remember. Think most of his nights were in the S/West when he moved up north they floped. The Queens hall do was run by the International soul Club not Inter City Soul Club Another Crap Night , think I went with Trevski ?. Ian
