Excellent tune Billy Used to have this but sold it about 10 ten years ago for £100 - I think Russ Vickers had it off me ... but I've slept since then He's on here and I'm sure he'll help you out . he's a very nice man It's a 45 Billy

I know of people who do actually, believe it or not, just go for the social side (they've heard all they want to hear over the years and don't want to move on) ... so they just go to see their mates, have a few beers with them ... honestly Karen .. this does happen

Trying to work backwards on the years ... not easy when you're this age I think it must have been 92/93 ... going to Droylsden/Queens Hall, Bradford/Hyde town hall ... some brilliant music introduced to me and some excellent friends who are still excellent friends introduced to me too Still love it as much now but unfortunately don't get out as much as I used to or would like to ... family committments blah blah blah

I can see both points but still don't think it's fair ... I for one wouldn't think a promoter would put a "big name" on the flyer (who isn't really gonna be there) just to pull in punters ... that's awful

As a moderator on here I thought that "calling people/venues" who can't defend themselves was fround upon by the management ... gosh I must have got it wrong Only last week there were posts about Prestwich to which there was a lot of flack going on cos Terry & Lynn could not defend themselves .....

Thanks Emma. I didn't think it was on that you come on calling people who are not on here to defend themselves... giving out bad publicity for a person or venue is just not on IMO. How would you like it if someone came on here calling you ..... ring the man up and ask him what happened ... it could have been for any one of a thousand reasons

Any time Stevie ... I really don't know as I don't really collect any of them now I know my mate says she's having a real problem tracking down the sleeve ... so in her case obviously the sleeve is more rare ... don't know what record it is she's doing though.

Hey I actually understood this one Stevie A mate of mine is doing some research on a record that she has ... but wants the sleeve to go with it and can't find a sleeve ... is that what you mean? My ex used to be very particular about having records in the correct sleeve also, he would not just put a bit of vinyl in a bit of cardboard ... it had to be the exact sleeve the record should have been in .... lots of records lying all over place NOT IN SLEEVES he just couldn't bring himself to put it in anything less than the original item ... SAD GIT!!
