  2. Thanks for the info re. Billy Cole, will drop it from the list. I dropped Salena Jones as it more of a 60s record to me but will put it in again. I'll try to not being to anal Maurice McCormick did get a german release on Autobahn. Spark UK and Barclay France? If these are the only two labels then it's exactly what I mean. Thanks!

  4. You're right I'm more interested in lesser known european artists in the list but there's no reason to limit the list to them. The only pre-condition I'd like to set is: euro only release, no vinyl release anywhere else (means Main Ingredient and Marcia Hines should be dropped from the list, sorry). will try to update the list today. another one from me: Maurice McCormick & Maggi - The Reeaall Deeaall
  5. Thanks for all the replies, updated list plus a new one from me: Wess - Good time Patrick Gammon - When can I see you Tony Moore - When will I Nat Wright - When will I Eddie Johns - Listen to me Foundations - Change my life Flyers - Mainline is sunshine Al Matthews - Run to you Billy Jones - I'll keep holding on Midnight - Keep on walking by Pioneers - My good friend James Joey Irving - There's a Man Majors - It only happens when I look at you I played Nat Wright on RefoSoul, sounds a bit different to Tony Moore but might be the recordings. Anyway, that's why I listed them both.
  6. Yep, german production. Forgot all about it. Correct, belgian Panky. Quite rare. ----------------------------------------------------- Here are a few more: Al Matthews - Run to you Billy Jones - I'll keep holding on Midnight - Keep on walking by
  7. Don't think this been done before. Euro-only 70s dancers that were never relased anywhere else, neither 45 nor LP. First few that come to my mind: Wess - Good time Nina Simone - Touching and caring (not 100% sure this wasn't releases in the states on LP) Patrick Gammon - When can I see you Tony Moore - When will I Any others? There must be plenty...
  8. Also on german Deram with PS, rare too and quite expensive due to german beat collectors. As is their other one supermarket full of whatever (cans?)
  9. Little Curtis & The Blues - Please keep me - Vanco
  10. Plenty of Northern 45s in France. Two three that spring to mind: Willie Hutch- Love runs out - RCA Linda Jones - I can't take it - Warner Bros (?). And one from the 70s I recently snapped up: Sammy Gaha - Thank you thank you - Barclay (first label, canadian Right On came one year later)
  11. Maybe worth trying to contact who actually made the CD? Here's what it says on Amazon: This product is manufactured on demand using CD-R recordable media. Amazon.com's standard return policy will apply. Wouldn't mind a copy myself
  12. Your post and a Google search for golly "see you at tea time" helped. It now makes sense to me. Thanks. Selling a Northern Soul Golly "negro" is just plain stupid. Edit: that's the one you're talking about isn't it?
  13. Can somebody translate that for us foreigners please? Cheers...
  14. Wrong thread I'm afraid?
  15. The apparently german-only version of Cliff Nobles "love is allright" by the Johnson Brothers is horrible. Complete talent-free singer with very amateur-ish backing. THAT makes your ear bleed. Will post it in RefoSoul soon You mean Southwind Symphony? I think that's a brilliant version. But as they say one man's Helen Shapiro is the other man's Lavern Banker Isn't the sh*te one the first and/or original version?
  16. No top price IMO. Going rate is about a grand isn't it? Fantastic record BTW!
  17. At least his logic beats your logic ("you'll have to trust me it's a bootleg") Seriously, how can you spot the red letter demo is a pressing? had the black letter demo myself, styrene i recall and superb sound quality. is the red letter one vinyl?
  18. I understand that final fees will be based on the cheapest postage you offer? E.g. you sell a record international but final fee is based on winning price + domestic postage.
  19. Sylvester (as in Tweety & Sylvester) but who's the crocodile?
  20. Last bump, auctions ending in a few hours. All still at bargain prices!
  21. Auctions ending this coming sunday. All auctions still at bargain prices and scans/audio clips!
  22. I still think it's a fabulous record, won't be suprised if it will be in my alltime 70s top ten when I'm old and grey Wish it wasn't that rare so that I could buy a copy at a reasonable price....
  23. Benji replied to a post in a topic in Look At Your Box
Flip of Sinceres is called "dont' waste my time" and it's a different song from what I recall (like you don't have it anymore).
  24. Nice one Sebastian! I just bought a german copy of her "Love makes a woman" album. Will check which version is on it. And agree, picture not really flattering. She looks like she's off her t*ts
