BBC Radio five live, last nights guests, Richard Searling & Pete Roberts, As usual Richard was his brilliant self, very good on the info, spoilt a little IMO by the BBC presenter butting in. Some of the calls into the show where interesting and shows how different people have different recollections of the scene back in the day. Would imagine there will be a i-player thingy of the show, but i'm not techy enough to link to it Did anyone else hear the show ? What did you think.

Looks like an Emidisc to me as well, the nice shiny gloss in the same area pointed out above, does look like a chip in the laquer. copied labels pasted on, nice.

Had Competition on a green & Blue backbeat label, anybody know the background behind this ? Now have the red one or two or three.

Use a Microphone Some can't use the decks, mixer, cueing features, volume and the tone coming out of some sound systems, well sometimes a crap system or sometimes just the way it's set up.

We used to get some from Wakefield Army stores with plain uppers, we called them Cherries as they were a oxblood colour, are these what you mean ? They also did all leather brouges, both were top quality but cheap.
