Pink Fairies - I regularly play Pink Fairies cds in the car- Favourite tracks are " I wish I was a girl" or "Street Urchin" and favourite instrumental by the band is "Raceway" and of course favourite single was "The Snake" I am also mad on and have been for 40 years the following bands : Stray , Todd Rundgren & utopia. Amon Dull 2, The Pretty things, King Crimson, Brand X, The Move, Bruford, Bad English(hey girl havnt you heard -heaven is a four letter word", The Quick(brilliant Scottish band), It Bites and Francis Dunnery as a soloist. Skyhooks(Aussie band) and my fav Heavy metal band: Montrose. When I was young and in a Heavy metal band we practised a lot playing Tainted love to a real metal riff. I thought it was brilliant but I was outvoted to record it and then months later Soft cell have their number 1 !

That sapphires b-side is brilliant- Just got a copy recently and didnt know the b-side at all- What a great surprise and Kierons copy is mint!

If you have a copy of the Uk record collectors price Guide It has a matrix in it which tells you the sliding scale Price depending on condition eg: £1000 if Mint £700 ex 450 VG+ £200VG £150 VG- £50 G £15 Fair. Problem is that is based on known price levels EG JMs guide- But what about blind purchases or totally unknowns - Its just aguessing game IMO!

Yes a cheapie but try finding one! So if this really becomes in demand will the price Rocket? To me it shouldnt as its a tune by a major artist with probably thousands of copies just stuck away. So How do we gauge the rarity/price game? No copies available for this but rated as a £20 tune - However over a hundred copies available on the net of a £75 tune should the JB now become £100 because it appears more popular than the £75 tune?
