I Love that term.... two really nice classic Bobble Bland French releases on Vogue, Both mint and both in their original sleeves as you can see. I'd keep them but I simply have to many doubles, triples, quadruples even... my addiction to buying every release of Bobby's has to stop, so I can plough the cash into something else.. Also in there a Maxine Brown EP also on Vogue, good coupling on that, so you get 'All in My Mind', Oh no Not My Baby, Am I Falling in Love, What I Dont now wont hurt me. VG+ on this disc, plays fine though, and a tad bit of writing on one of the labels, see the scans, Must have been owned by Coko.... Here's the Aussie Issue on Blue Festival... Bit of a bargin this, I was at the Paramatta Record fair and bought 20 or so other Aussie releases, so took a look in the crap bin below this chaps table and low an behold in mint condition, probably never played and in a mint cond sleeve...for the princely sum of 2 Aud....80p is it.... I'm told this is pretty rare on Aussie release, I've not seen another since I got this in 2004. Mal.C

It is a rare one on Aussie release, but I think its eclipsed by Nolan Porter on Pink Probe, 3 known copies of that from a single find. I Know 7 or 8 people with Tony Drake... and there are sure to be loads more out there.. tell you what does look nice is the Garland Green releases on the Aussie Blue MCA.. have all those, I Just need the LP 'Jealous Kinda Fella' on Aussie to complete.. I think think you need to look at it from the view that its a real opportunity to actually see these type of artists live, sure if you don't keep it up your voice will go, or so I'm told, but as with some of the acts we have seen at weekenders, it kinda doesn't really matter, we just want to see these famous artists sing in a live environment. Sandi Shaw was another, who I'd never seen live at all, well it was on Jools Holland's show, but it was great to see her dancing about barefoot. rose tinted.... Mal.C

It is funny how our parents shape your musical tastes, my mother loved Elvis with a passion, and she went out with allot of bikers or Rockers, she told me she actually went out with Vale Onslow's son for a while, who was a very well known Motor bike dealer in Birmingham.
