** Tyrone Davis - I'm Running a Loosing race / Sack ** Anybody know whether it has ever been Booted? I would not have thought so but you never know.. Have a copy which I'm just a little suspicious about. On the flip on the right hand side there is a code "CA 7130" with " A Yardbird Production" below, it looks like it has a crease in the paper label, but it does not, kind of like when you photocopy a creased label say... Just think the print on the label looks not quite right..anybody have a copy to compare? allot of these are warped, this is my third and is not dished and mint which is a blessing.. There is a dealer in Sydney knocks the Jamacan releases of this out at $60 aud, about 20 quid... personally I don't like the guy and would never deal with him again, but he's the dood who supplies Manship, when I was there (at his shop) I saw boxes of copies of this track all mint all sleeved and all unplayed... quite a sight!! I picked this up in a Paramatta Record Fair in west sydney 4 years ago, $1 Aud... about 40p over here I suppose.. Great track.. dont think its worth any more than 30-40 quid though. Mal.C.

I was thinking about this track the other day, really like the look of that Soul Beat bootleg from the seventies?? anybody got one? Limited Edition Fine Art Print (of 500) The Rotator from Led Zeppelin III Album Art. This is the work of Pop Artist Zacron, being produced at his Lantern Studio. Zacron took all the images and designed the sleeve art for this Lp, only H&S shots eventually appeared on the sleeve, leaving a collection of images unseen until late last year when I sold the World Exclusive to Daily Mail Night & Day Magazine who ran a 6/7 page spread last Dec. Basically this print was given to me signed for representing all his Photographic work. On another note, same artist; I've always liked the mix of sweet strings and funky riff of his track- Early Bird out on Salwa Records...also has Van Mcoy on the writing credits. Not one that would be known too much I guess, but hey you gotta spread your wings!!! Mal.C.
