Just listened to clip on Crazy Beat - DEFINITELY a different mix than the original 7" UK release on Spring. Seem to think this version was issued previously on a Kent/Spring CD some years back.

Now Pete don't you feel much better now you have finally come out of the 70s closet? I always new you had certain leanings.

Came out later on a UK Electra 12 inch - B side of the theme from Hill St. Blues.

I was answering somebody who said after '75 Blackpool Mecca became a New York Disco. The list I gave disproves his comments. Hell - Stevens & Foster for example wasn't even released until '77. If you want to talk about disco - what about The Brothers "Are You Ready For This. An out & out "Disco Record" (from NEW YORK) which was "Mecca Crap" back in the day & now it is arguably one of the biggest tunes over the last five years (based purely on dancefloor reaction) a "Northern Classic" or am I missing something here?

Don't forget to play the "Moulton Mix" of The LWT Orchestra - I will be phoning the studio to request it.

Nice clean copy of "I Can Dream" (7 inch single) on Columbia wanted.

Messrs Lett, Haigh, Naylor & Wakelin all have one - so that's at least 4 on The Fylde Coast. Think they were all washed up just south of Cleveleys.

This has to be the worst ever - they even use the Eiffel Tower I presume the "dog turd" on it is supposed to represent a black fist. HEATHENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
