  1. Which websites John? Do they have any other info?
  2. It was a while ago but Sidney was adamant that LNS didn't record again, certainly not a second 45 for Shee. I pushed him but it took him months to reply and by then the topic had long since slipped away.
  3. The Pat Hervey President 45 has the Tiaras on the credits. "Can't Get You Out Of My Mind" b/w "Givin In" by Pat Hervey With The Tiaras & Art Snider. Written by Al Rain who also wrote the Op Art and Barry 45's. Same publisher as well, Traika Music. Not so sure the Tiaras on New Sound is the same group? Apart from the name there is no other connection which is odd when all the other discs have a connection.
  4. Fabulous Peps and Ronnie Walker at New Century Soul, Stables at Wolverhampton and CIS Manchester. Thinking about it Ronnie was on at both those venues I think, my memory is crap lately.
  5. Previous topic telling you the difference between original and boot....

It was Richard's Chessmen cover up. Dunno where he got it, dunno if Rod sold it Richard but it ended up with Rod didn't it along with the COD's. sure Rod will put us all right when he reads this. There's a few DJs/collectors with a copy now.

David Lasley used to have his own website but can't seem to find it now? His younger sister Julie made up the Utopias.
  14. Gail said he was miffed cause it was first time he'd had a packed dancefloor
  15. Gail and Pete (Spot) were at the hospital with dave and Steff most of the night. He's all wired up and likely to be there until mid week Gail told us this morning. He is doing ok apparently considering. Sure Pete will post more if/when he reads this topic. Best wishes to him and hope he recovers quickly.
  16. As it's been sold...... Goes massive? It's been hammered for years and needs a rest IMO. Not worth what it fetches either IMO, it was demand that pushed the price up.
  17. Chalky replied to a post in a topic in Look At Your Box
    Christ that's bad.....

  23. I realise Moses Dillard did work for BilL Smith but on the Anthology CD the title has at the end (feat. Moses Dillard), for example "Sad World Without You (feat. Moses Dillard)". I was wondering if he had more to do with the track other than arranging? Was he singing on them as well?
  24. What was Moses Dillard's involvement with Pic and Bill? I downloaded their anthology from iTunes and he has a credit on most of the tracks but there is no liner notes unfortunately so couldn't read about his involvement.
