The Outsiders The Outsiders Album
Album #2 I take it you want. You want the mono copy. The sound quality is pretty poor on the stereo copy. But if you still want the stereo one I have one I think but can’t look till Thursday

Arthur Willis on Manship Auction
Its played out regularly if you go to the right places. It was hammered on the nighter scene a few years back as three or four top Djs have/had it. One auctioned a year or two back if I remember rightly.

I have to disagree

And this topic confirms what we are saying with the requests for examples rather than go digging which is what this topic was about.

Stateside re-issue label?
Just the 4. A couple were first released in 2019 or thereabouts with a relaunch this year. There was a topic few months ago I either started or commented on.

Wigan Casino’s 50. A pilgrimage you won't regret.
Why are they condemning it? It was and is a major part of the all-night scene, from the original mods right through to today. Anyone who says different either walked round with their eyes shut or weren't there. For the majority, having your gear was just the same as having your fags, money, change of clothes, it was second nature and every bit a part of it.

Dean Anderson's Sound of Soul, Thursday 8pm.
Dean celebrates the anniversary of the opening of Wigan with Richard Searling selecting his Wigan in ten records. It is also the anniversary of the 100 Club so will no doubt get a mention.

Go to voice? Wouldn't be so bad if he could tell the truth about some of it

Andy Dyson played a good few at Ashton, he played another batch on Dean's show as did Tim Ashibende who played an hour all under £50

Open your ears and your minds
They can't, they have little interest, you have a hardcore of a couple hundred give or take and the focus of this in the main who Dj is the rarity rather than the quality. Some of the stuff I heard on my last nighter outing from some of the Djs was terrible and has given me little interest to return to one. There are plenty of lesser known cheaper records out there though

JMAuction - 20/09/2023 - Results!
Charles Johnson or The Friendly People both far from rare, Charles Johnson's must have numbered in the 1000s of copies one time, Friendly People was never expensive.
