  1. tis a strange one, labels the same but forgot to check the deadwax if I think on next time I'm in the same room as them I'll check. just played both, slower take has shorter intro and is some 40 seconds shorter than the faster take.
  2. I thought the P-Vine was taken directly from the Turbo release? The copies I've heard were not different really. Anyway hope you catch the culprit and he gets what he deserves Andy.
  3. both on JM's auction...

Personally think it's laughable for anyone to say you can't play an LP, the lp probably came before the 45!! And why on earth would you want to spend £20 or more on a vinyl carver of something you already have!!! It probably weighs as much as the lp as well
  7. Most of the Detroit Precisions is top notch, especially What I want!! Of the other Precisions the group on Hen Mar - My Sense Of Direction is fantastic!!!!
  8. Can someone kindly check the Lifeline web sites sounds again. Please reply on here if possible whether working or not. Cheers
  9. What browser are you using and which version? I'm using firefox and they all play here Will ask Christian to check it out.
  10. last one I saw sold which was at the Wilton was little over £2k, can't remember exact price......
  11. Covered as Ed Crook. Who first spun and where it not sure.
  12. Still Delite copy owt between 3 and 5k. Think the one on ebay went for around £3600 I think which I though would have gone for more The Redd Coach I've not seen one for some time, used to be around £4/500, probably more these days
  13. Posted the soundfile in the media source section Boba. Female backing and it's bloody awful backing at that. Karen's vocals not too bad but the backing just ruin the record!!! (IMHO). Agree with Phil, JAckey Beavers show probably the best version.
  14. listed one for sale few months ago for I think £200. Not the best version
  15. Kimtone definately Atlanta. Kellmac for those that don't know Chicago.
  16. Kin ell.......soo many good ones from him...Mello Souls has to be number one I think, closely followed by Diane Lewis, Parliaments, Mac Staten etc etc......
  17. Hasn't there been a couple up for sale recently, Tim's auction and ebay???? There was another one on ebay I'm sure with set price of 6k but don't think it went.
  18. the link is under my name but here it is again..... https://lifelinesoulclub.com/sounds.htm
  19. The Lifeline web site has has a few sounds added. The Ralph Jackson (probably his hardest to find???) is well worth a listen for 70's fans and for the 60's fans the Charles Anthony on Filmtown. For the anoraks there's the slower rarer take of ther Promatics I Think I'm Gonna Let You Go up there alongside the "normal" dancer take. More to be added so keep checking!!!! Thanks for looking and thanks to Christian Brodsjoe for the work on the site
  20. played this one out a few times, agree with you will have it's day one day!!!!
  21. If this one is anything like the last one then it'll be another great read. Two great articles in the last one (Harthon and Mike Terry).
  22. Heard so many great sets over the years and find it hard to single one out but one that sticks in the miond from recent years is from the first Lifeline All-nighter @ Sheridans, Butch. Simply awesome!!! He showed that night why he is the best.
  23. fantastic record....had some nighter spins of late as well.
