Have seen the picture cover a lot more than £120. It's in JM guide at £300. What about the red vinyl release Prefer the flip to be honest.
  4. well if you are ever at mine and use the throne you can read it there as its on the wall with various other stuff but in the meantime you can read it >>>HERE<<<
  5. think thats the thing with many soul pack records, either wrong for the time, quantity (usually lots) in stock or simply stock that doesn't sell. Pretty much the same today.
  6. Just been an add for sky whatever after one of the movies and it featured The Right Track.
  7. thinking of the time Jonathon sold FW to Kev Roberts (?) foe £200 and or 12" singles. Which CODs Rod? Heard the rumour of the Richard Temple too.
  8. sure it was JM and wasn't it £150???? sure John will verify one way or t'other when he reads this.
  9. think FW was few 100 quid and load of 12" records and was some years later when sold on again.
  10. If usually up against Prestwich which I understand is still a sell out practically (not been for some time) then competition last night would have been no diffferent would it?
  11. Good record and JM probably right with his guide in it's rarer than the orange one with Nick Of Time on the fliip but you get the superb flip with the 552 release. I posted a scan of an article for echoes from late 79/80 that Alan Senior did about Syng McGowen. It's on the site somewhere if Mike or one of the mods can locate it.
  12. The one with the track on the flip I've been spinning, Just In The Nick Of Time I've seen at around £150. This one rated £100 in JM guide (LIAP/JITNOT cheaper at £85 in his guide). Is it a red label with Dear Santa?
  13. New Years Eve mate

Mark Bicknell had one for sale, t'was a demo and £40 I think. Check sales for his list.
  16. did he play it at Burnley, can't recall hearing it? not heard Karl Rhodes for a while.
  17. been around good few years hasn't it? probably been forgotten.
  18. If memory serves me right I think I told Kenny what it was and he got one for a few dollars of evil bay! Think we'd heard Neil Jones play it out covered up at the Norbreck weekender in Blackpool.
  19. Not sure Trev but thought I'd seen this on a playlistvor two in recently? Not had any sustained turntable action in recent times to my knowledge but the memory ain't what it used to be Good record but can't see this appealing to too many Northern dance floors but you never know.

I can't remember t'other side and I don't have a copy no more to listen, sound file anyone? Used to give this plenty of spins late 80's early 90's missen!
  21. me too. Gary Sole probably nearer £300 these days.
  22. here's the two labels....
  23. Mick's is on Menzola. I couldn't quite remember for sure even thought I have seen it so I rang him to double check. Can't tell you difference other than the colour, Menzola is a red label. Mick's only one I know of on that label, anyone know different? Menzola is first press as far as I know and Mick says the same.
