Dave. Thanks for the kind comments. It is just depth of field using either f2.8 or f4.0 aperture. Getting the right distance from the subject helps as does the right light. Thanks again. Steve

Thanks Ste. Glad you think so mate. The lens was definitely worth the months of should I or shouldn't I. I personally can see the difference with the pictures so I'm chuffed to think other people can too. Especially people like yourself. Dave. It is as you know stunning to see it at it's best. When you phone the NT bodnant garden phone number they give advice and updates how and when to see the laburnum arch at it's best. One of the perks of working 4 on 4 off is that I get chance and time to see these stunning displays.
