  4. Eddie W on here has asked me to pass on the very sad news that his much loved wife and soul mate Lynn passed away on Monday 2nd November after a short illness. Her funeral will take place on Friday 13th November at 2 pm at Widnes crematorium followed by a celebration of her life at the United services club on Prescott road .Widnes. then a soul night at the venue later the same night to give Lynn the send of she deserves. Ed would like to thank everyone for all the messages of sympathy and support he and the family have received at this sad time. Rest in peace, you hold a special place in mine and Lou,s heart . Love and miss you . Steve n Lou. XXX

  6. Why would you class it as a investment. It's a life time of love for this music that is the attraction. Not what I can get out of it money wise. Yes I have bought records that have increased in value but I have also bought records that haven't. But I have bought them all because of my love of them . Steve

  10. Hi Shelly. Glad you're liking the pictures. I've only been privileged to see one hummingbird hawk moth in my life. Your video footage is fabulous (so jealous ) regarding the video, I'm not sure either but the link worked perfectly well. Perhaps the mods on here could advise you how to alter the format so as it's a direct video clip as opposed to a link. Steve XX

  14. To get this picture of this Atlantic Grey Seal pup I had to lie down and crawl to the edge of a 150 ft cliff and point my camera straight down the sheer cliff face. The things you do to get a photograph Steve
  15. I was watching this Kestrel when it suddenly swooped down into the bracken , couldn't see what, if anything that it caught Steve
  16. This Badger surprised me by appearing about a hour before sunset Steve
  17. This is another picture taken from my recent visit to Pembrokeshire. The tide had gone out on Broadhaven beach and left this in my opinion a stunning pattern in the sand Steve

  19. At least the Bobby Sheen has the After hours northern soul master's printed on the label. If in doubt buy a issue which as far as I'm aware didn't get booted. Steve

  21. Not a new thing. One of the greatest soul night's ever was run in the late seventies and early eighties. The Navy club in Widnes. Resident DJ,s. Cog and Biff. John Griffiths who now co promotes the central line or northern line (something like that ) in Warrington and who is a member on here. Good evening mate. Hope you and Bev are ok Steve
