    Just been reading Tim Browns label spotlight article in an old Togetherness mag, he was covering Roulette and this title caught my eye, Bobby Mcnutt, "I'm getting ready" (4678) which he descibes as "Excellent windy city soul with all the right creditations on a mid-tempo winner" this sounds my sort of record so has anyone got an mp3 please?     I remember Steve Ceasar buying a Columbia issue of "Intrest" with the artist name scratched off, got it home and guess what? Yep it was Simon & Garfunkel, thank god for portable players , btw it was only £3 which should have set alarm bells ringing. Blake

    I saw a 3 cd set of Lorraine Ellison's recordings at Warner Bros today, the third cd is unreleased tracks and demos. Has anybody got this set and if so is it worth the £35 asking price? Thanks Blake

    I had the reverse of this, bought what I thought (and was told) was a boot, decided to sell it and wait for a real un. I had it in my sales box for about 18 months, that well known double act ( with impecable taste) from Manchester realised my mistake and had it away, never lost any money but I had a real one all the time I bet this has happened quite a few times but people dont like admitting it. BH
