  1. there was always demand for it right through from release, a similar thing happened to Detroit spinners Ill always love you i ordered it from the Diskery in about 1968
  2. i dont think it was ever deleted between first release and re promotion in 1969 i seem to remember buying it from a shop in between the 2 dates

  6. there were emi discs knocking about in 1968 was offered one with Mr bang bang man, at the discotheque and fife piper on it for 10 quid fooking lot of money then, was only earning 5 quid a week i didnt buy it

  14. hi Keith it is a long time mate, BMcnair would be nearer 1984 i think, going back to that list the Connie van Dyke on Wheelsville was the most expensive at 25 quid
  15. Hi Keith i remember getting your lists in the 80's full of detroit stuff at what turned out to be seriously cheap prices, I think i still have one list where you had the complete set of Thelma records and the most expensive was Martha Starr Love is the only solution at 7 quid

Lost my wife 5 years ago on December 2nd after a long struggle basically looking after her for 30 years bloody MS, but have to say i had the best 5 years of my life and this year 2012 has been fantastic, a special mention to Lou and Woody who have been fanastic even if Lou moans alot . Had a few heart problems but aint got to see the specialist till 2014 now. I suppose playing the main room at Kings Hall is the highlight but have to admit enjoyed the Windsor a couple of hours earlier just as much.
