I did an article on IX Chains for Voices From The Shadows in 1990 ish featuring a review of each 45 and a label listing. Some fabuous tracks are tucked into those 20 odd 45's that's for sure!

I sold approx 75 of the 100 copies at a tenner each with 100% of the monies going to cancer research As Roy said above, i think Eddy auctioned the last few for a tad more, again with it all going to charity Strangely enough, a few months after they had sold out, i found a copy in a box that had been reserved but not sent for, so i auctioned it for charity and got over £50 for it! I have been fixing skips with a couple of 45's in my collection recently (thanks to some great info from boba in a previous thread) and have had some great success. It's not easy but with plenty of patience, a steady hand and the right tools it can pay excellent dividends. The same method is also useful in cleaning really stubborn shit that gets in the grooves that won't come out with normal/deep cleaning.
