That's brilliant on the Dutch release AND the TJ story While we're on urban myths about TMIJAR TMG 877 - I read somewhere that when it was first released the early demos had 'Whispers (Getting Louder)' on the B side, only to be replaced with 'Save me from this misery' Can any kind souls out there confirm that and also send up a scan as I've yet to come across one? I love this version Was the first official release on CD and if so, which one? I presume the Soul Series 45 is legit?

I always play Dee Dee from that LP cos you get the extra chorus at the end which catches folk out

One time minor Mecca spin as Chalky says Ian Levine tells the story of taking a couple of copies out of a box of 100 in the US and leaving the rest at the time! I think i remember him saying they thought it was too slow at the time, which makes sense i guess?
