I go for a northern soul work out most Saturdays ,, as a 15 year old it was a wee bit easier but if it's in your blood and you're able ,go and support your local club,,,, you don't forget how to dance,it's like riding a bicycle,, just enjoy yourselves and have a great night,, and don't forget we are all great dancers in the kitchen..
