I guess you've all heard about the one were Richard Searling, after lifting his records out of the boot of his car, accidentally reversed over one of the boxes he'd forgotten to move out of the way. The only record that got damaged was his UK copy of Billy Harner's What About The Music instrumental on Kama Sutra. Dog rare!!!

So what was the all white copy I wonder?

Is it a Demo, or an issue that's had the black sections accidentally left off? Or perhaps a Canadian release?

I wonder if your all white Demos are in fact Canadian Demos? Only, Wand Demos I've got I'm sure say something along the lines of Advanced Copy, whatever?

Look at that, they've even kept the star in the bottom RH side of the label on the white demo. Cool.

It used to get played out. And yes, you're right, it's a great record. Also came out on UK Stateside.

True. How about cash for low value items, with cost of exchange rate included? Just thinking out loud.

So don't take payments via PayPal. Ask for Bankers Draft or the like from abroad and cheques etc from within the UK.

You could receive payment by Bankers Draft and send record "at owners risk". If they don't like that, then they'll not bid. If they don't mind that, then you don't have to make refunds if it gets 'so-called' lost in the post. That's how it used to work back in the days of mailed sales lists. Having said that, people seemed more honest in them days.

That's happened to me a couple of times. :lol:

I wish some of my stuff that's gone awaol would turn up months later. Fat chance.
