Don Heart (possibly Don Hart Detroit artist)
I wondered if anyone new about this seemingly Detroit Vocalist who appears to have used the two different spellings on release (unless he is a different guy)

Pat Lewis, Look At What I Almost Missed, Alt. Label Design

That must be in line with The Revilot label that did the same thing in 1967 and of course they used the same colours- Pat Lewis, Look At What I Almost Missed, Alt. Label Design
Now that is really good stuff, do you know how later were they, do you think it was to make them more attractive- Pat Lewis, Look At What I Almost Missed, Alt. Label Design
I think it must be "rare" as it's always the others (label design) that turn up, which is why it was probs re-issued recently with the balloon design- E. (Eddie) Williams – Trade my soul with the devil and others?
I noticed this rare tune for sale on Soul Source and mistakenly asked about it on the sales bit. There are 2 other releases by Eddie on Dore (Hollywood) which I wondered might be the same guy as they appear to be LA related and both Eddie (JAADEE) and Bobby Day (Dore) it appears were from Texas Can I find out please from the knowledge on here- Los Angeles Rarity
I don't wish to hi-jack this wonderful thread but I don't suppose this Eddie Willaims on Dore was the same guy ?- found this yesterday
£1500 minty- James and Bobby Purify, Morning Glory, Bell release?

so as regards the writers "Evans, Moore, Soloman and Jackson" do we know who they all are- Jimmy Mack Who was he ? Found one of the writers
Marty Coleman of the Valadiers and Michael Valvano of the Hornets- Jimmy Mack Who was he ? Found one of the writers
If not try one of his friends or perhaps he has family on there, It might be worth getting some others on to this like Robb K and Billy etc I have been digging about the label hoping to lead me down other paths and have found this out. Irving Biegel was Manager at Palmer after leaving Golden World and Motown and his assistant was Al Rosner who was also at Golden World so there is such a clear Berry Gordy connection Palmer's manufacturing was the famous Handleman company- Jimmy Mack Who was he ? Found one of the writers
I know this has been discussed before and we know who he wasn't I have found one of the writers on facebook (which I don't do) and please can someone ask him, as this is a lifelong ambition to find out for everyone to finally know and sort it !!! https://www.facebook.com/cholly.bassoline- The Furys (Keymen) writers credits US and UK differ
I agree but on the other hand there was a lot of stealing going on as regards credits too, I think in this case we may never know though- JIMMY JAMES HEY GIRL on DELTA
It would be nice to know if they are US bootlegs or been done ere in Europe (as happens a lot)- JIMMY JAMES HEY GIRL on DELTA
Thanks Stephen and I support your comment, but how do you know please as its easy just to say "Its a boot" - Pat Lewis, Look At What I Almost Missed, Alt. Label Design
