I bought the issue off Joe a few months back. One of the best British soul sounds I've heard after Chapter 5. I asked about and heard that £200 would be right, but no more. No idea on a demo, but its seems Damien got good money for it. If someone can turn me another up @ anything under £100 I'll have it no questions asked, especially now its been pressed on The Mousetrap Anniverasry 45.

Had plenty of action on mod dancefloors of Roger Banks, Gav & Vic......Rob Messer often turns them up at around £150 I think. A great sound....

Prefer the Carl Underwood for the vocal but with a backing like that it would be great even if it was Ken Dodd singing What is the Carl Underwood price wise now? £500-£600?? (fingers crossed its less) The Davis has had action on mod dancefloors off Lee Miller.......

Hello Roger Stewart played a superb r&b track by The Knights on either orange Tragar or Ideel at the last 100 Club allnighter....I know it isn't Candy Kisses or The Hump (both sound awful) it had a name along the lines of 'So You Belong To Me' or something simliar. Anyone have any info on the proper title and or where one might be availble?? Any info would be much appreciated. Cheers, Joel

I've got a box logo issue with upside down matrix numbers in very dark blue......I asked Manship about it and he claimed they began to change the logo in '67 the year it was released explaining how you get both label versions. I saw a curved logo copy for £150 (I think) in Prestatyn. Can't remember if it was a demo or not though!!!!!

That Charles Bradley release on Daptone 'Now That You're Gone' is also incredible that it was recorded in 2003, porduction is spot on (although a funk record with soulful vocals, not really a soul record as such)
