Yes, that's right. Price for this is getting high, the boot is almost identical except for the stamp. A friend of my step dad's in the States knows one of the band members and he wants a copy, he doesn't know anything about boots etc and I thought I'd treat him. Obviously I aint Howard Hughes so looking for the next best thing to the original (he'll never know!) Anyone....

I've had several of these, some say "Hey, I want to pay you the money for the item I won on ebay" or "When will you be sending my item?" and of course the evergreen "There's a complaint about you". Any you don't recognise...delete!

There's a release on yellow label 'Lost Nite'....re-issue but in the sixties with a Frankford & Wayne stamp.

My all time favourite Northern too! Only got the 70s re-press though What about you? Got the original?

The Motown thing was good, and one issue was almost dedicated to the genre with a great pic of Stevie Wonder (circa 1960's) on the front cover. I did e-mail them a great piece on the Kent Anniversary 100 club singles (with high quality scans) on the back of the fact that none, except one (carla Thomas) are in their latest RC Price Guide. Anyone see it in there? Thought not.... I've a feeling we're in for something good soon though, they do have some good stuff when they pull their fingers out of the prog rock pie and get down with some Soul. Here's hoping....

Of the ones that actually sold , Northern Soul comes in at eigth place with Gene Toones!!!
