I like god bless whoever sent you off this LP

Tornadoes On Magic Touch
just before these copies turned up a beat up copy went for I think like $600 on ebay. I had never seen it for sale before.

Tornadoes On Magic Touch
thanks for the more accurate information, I appreciate it. I know sellers lie about quantity sometimes but this person seemed clueless enough (e.g. not listing it properly) that I would believe what they say.

Tornadoes On Magic Touch
actually i bought two copies, one for my collection and another to hold on to to sell or trade

The Newcomers Pin The Tail On The Donkey/ Mannish Boy On Stax
this was a big hit in the US, very common

OFFERS Rice Brothers SORTED
random info: howard rice was Richie Lane in the show Room 222. The scepter 45 by "richies room 222 gang" was his band also.

Tornadoes On Magic Touch
I personally don't like this record but it definitely has the right sound for some people. I don't think they sold a few at a time to people either because they wouldn't respond to any questions and specifically had text in their auctions about not selling off ebay. I think it's more likely they had a 25 count box.

Tornadoes On Magic Touch
assuming the seller is telling the truth, they're gone now... https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110763104046#ht_1223wt_881 I don't think there were that many either, should definitely go up

Rare Sales Pt. 1... Fads, Barry White, Hayes Cotton +++
if you're the 89 pounds in popsike from 9-8-2011 it's clearly an outlier if you look at the other ones.

M-Pac 7205 - The Twilites - No Greater Thing / My Love - 1963
for what it's worth, this is the copy i bought on ebay that i'm willing to sell or trade: https://www.collectorsfrenzy.com/Details.aspx?id=260318671304

M-Pac 7205 - The Twilites - No Greater Thing / My Love - 1963
also, the record is pretty good, same group as calvin and the twilites. I still need the rainbows on m-pac if anyone has one to sell / trade.

Invoations - Stay On The Case
this was a hit in chicago which explains why there's a lot of beat up copies, but i've also seen clean ones, it's not one that's so rare that only the beat up copies exist

Prentice Moreland Lover Supreme On Challenge Or The Lon Genes On Romark
I have the other lon-genes on the glo-rae label, not very good. This is the romark record:

M-Pac 7205 - The Twilites - No Greater Thing / My Love - 1963
I have one for sale, it's about VG (I would have to pull it out to confirm condition), I paid $250 for it, would like to just get my money back.

Mr Manships Auction Results 2-11-2011
on the tornadoes, it would have been better to wait until the few copies that turned up recently dried up, then it would have gone for much more

Is Someone Taking The P##ss
most "found a collection in my attic" sellers think they're selling originals. In this case more informed people told the seller and he lied

Tarnatula Ghoul
I was giving this away to kids on halloween. actually i don't know what this is

A Laser Turntable Without A Needle
I'm pretty sure the record has to be spotless. it comes with (or at least used to come with) a VPI. A physical needle can push through dirt, a laser can't. I doubt it handles warped or off center records.

A Laser Turntable Without A Needle
It's more of a novelty product for rich people. That website hasn't changed much in over 10 years. Cedar sells a rack mount declicker which would probably be like the ultimate component. https://www.cedaraudio.de/products/seriesx/dcx.html

Mack Iv Label Discography
I think it came both ways

Explosive Dynamiks - Whole Lotta Loving
you were on a record trip with rich rosen? just thinking about that gives me anxiety. dean from cultures of sound is legit, he licenses everything and pays mechanicals (which a surprising number of tiny reissue labels don't do).

Why So Many Bids?
I think with lots like this it's sort of random whether they go high or low, given that a specific type of person bids on it., Specifically, a person who isn't that serious a collector but gets excited to see a bunch of good 45s at once. That type of person usually isn't a serious ebayer either. It's not like when you auction a specific record that more serious collectors are after and that has a known price. Auctions like this are more volatile and depend on who's looking and has money at the time.
