Hello, I would think closer to £75-100 for a clean copy. I get the impression it's not particularly well known and seems quite rare although they do turn every now and then usually in VG+. I got one about 18 months/2 years ago and have seen a couple of copies for sale since then. Great record - personally I prefer this to 'I'm the man.'

Not meaning to 'stir the pot' so to speak but I recently had a demo and sound quality on it was fine. So while demos are generally accepted as having lesser sound quality - it doesn't apply to all of them. I know that probably hinders more than helps but don't discount all demos out of hand - there are some 'good' ones out there....or 1 at least
