    Can I collect it.
  4. So, but Richard did have the original acetate tho?
  5. I thought the story was it was an unknown singer untill a guy from the UK had it on a tape in the USA, plays it to someone who knows Dave Hamilton and says yeah thats Little Ann, or the like.

  10. Allways liked this Rain With Charity, reminds me of what I like about Northern from a young age.
  11. Just found this, sounds like him.
  12. I have WAIC on a yellow copy can't remember the other side.
  13. Cynthia & Imaginations Theres Something The Matter With Your Heart Jerry Walker Mr Limp are both quiet spacy, dose this also mean a bit mid-tempo.
  14. I have 2 copy's of this for sale, ones stone Mint the others seen quiet a bit of use. Met some great people last night @ the 100 club well worth a spin.

I have one of these for sale, M copy.
  16. That's what creates diversity Len, broadens ones mind and they are all originals even if it clears the floor for a couple of discs I am sure you have made every ones night, even the chin stroker's.
  17. It wont be this one again. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DiacPVzZO1s
  18. Had the Grapevine since it came out and liked the record for years, a bit tired of my copy so an original would look n' sound good in the box. I have seen at least 4 on ebay this year, my mate said he's seen a few more- some guy had a few.
  19. Are you sure Steve, issue looks the same as the demo, bar a nice shiny label, dead wax says small raised dot H-1294 - 45 unless the dots a dead fly? It sounds the same as evey other copy I have listened to.
  20. Top tune of his for me, always makes me stop and think. Sad news.
  21. All from different source's but feel like seen one a week all year.
  22. Thanks I was thinking that from my Dutch Robinson with the stereo mono design.
  23. Was out on Friday night @SHS and had the pleasure of Mark Forests collection to hear with a dance to Lester Frekin Tipton included. Went on to another club only to listen to CARVERS of My Proposal, a boot of The Parliament's Cable should have gone home sooner but! then the delight of seeing Gwen Owens on a WLP being played and to then realise how Two Plus Two fits in to the equation. For me the playing of boots in a club undermines the fun of going out to hear these rare records, plenty of 20-40 even 60 £ records unknown that could be played in a clever way rather than a £40 carver to boost the ego of the DJ, quiet sad I thought but each to his own. Pick my venues a bit more selectively in future.
  24. Not sure if I like this style of label better than the Sidra squiggle type.
