La-Beat released 2 years before Palmer re-issue according to the Man who knows!! La-Beat issues and Demo's appear to be about in even quantities!! Personally I think La-Beat issue is harder seen loads of Palmer Demo's but still waiting to see the illusive Palmer Issue!! if it exists? Pricewise Palmer demo would have said £2500 tops Until Darren just got £2750 for one La-beat Issue £3k+ and Demo £3.5+ going off todays prices, Probably worth every penny for a great double sider!! IMHO

How much was The Del-Larks Julian £300?? thats a few Years back I think you know how much I just sold my Del-Larks for and that was Cheap!!

All the Despenza (470 & 12266 release numbers) releases are a division of Contact records so you would expect same distribution!! I did have a print out of the U.S. price guide which mentioned the earlier 470 release I will try and find it and post it up if not I will try and contact the dealer and ask him to email me a copy to post

read a piece about this from a U.S. price guide and the 470 release came out a couple of years before either of the two 12266 releases like you say pretty much unknown until you mentioned it and it showed up in JM's price guide volume 6

Bang!! on the money there chalky. I got a copy off Julian but thankfully I took a copy that had a small mark on it at half the price he was asking at the time for a minter but at least it was a stamped original and was as near as damn it mint when it arrived. Went back for another but his prices had gone through the roof by then. Doh!!
